1. Scope

This policy describes how AcumenInvoice Systems Inc. (“AcumenInvoice”, “we”, “our”) handles personal information collected through this website (https://vps-781435e1.vps.ovh.ca). It does not apply to invoice data processed by the AcumenInvoice software running on a customer's own server — that data never reaches us.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, invoice volume range, and message you provide.

When you visit pages, our hosting infrastructure logs standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to demo and contact requests.
  • To maintain a record of business communications.
  • To diagnose and prevent abuse of the website.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising or share it with marketing networks.

4. Sub-processors

Form submissions are delivered by an email-relay service (Web3Forms) and forwarded to our team mailbox. Refer to that service's privacy notice for handling details.

5. Data retention

Inquiry messages are retained as long as needed to maintain the customer relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal/accounting purposes. Web request logs are rotated within 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@acumeninvoice.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with stronger privacy rights (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA, CPRA), we will honour those rights as required by applicable law.
